Whoohoo! Sketch numba 40!

I'd like to thank the academy... of taking forever to fill a sketchbook. I mean forty? what's that? like one a month?...

Anyway, Here's some noir doodles...More intensive than I've been in a while, in terms of sketching... Trying to capture good noir kinda does that. And let me tell you, drawing a woman with a veil is hard. trying to make it look transparent, but shaded, and also give it surface and a pattern... Not to mention, the back light shining through, and trying to shade the actual face...

But hey look! Young Peter Lorre! and also: Hey take a gander at those gams! whatta pair of walking sticks! and that guy in a fez...and, and, etc..

In retrospect, The guy in the lower-middle has Detective Boogaloo's eyes.
