Man, you say it's out of context, but what IS the context? Seems a little odd that there would be a context where a rocket goes off and some dude goes "Hitler's Right!"
Really? Cause if you think about it, guys were saying it all the time back in World War II-era Germany.
In any case, Mon-El, Superboy and Ultra Boy have had their minds switched with the GREATEST VILLAINS OF HISTORY, which were Nero, John Dillinger and Hitler, amazingly enough.
